Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between BobbyTheBlogger.com and the Client for the provision of blogging services. By engaging our services, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Scope:

The Company agrees to provide blogging services, including but not limited to writing and editing blog posts, as requested by the Client. The specific scope of work and deliverables will be outlined in a separate agreement or project proposal.

2. Fees and Payment:

The Client agrees to pay the Company the fees as specified in the project proposal or as otherwise agreed upon. Payment terms and methods will also be detailed in the proposal.

3. Content Ownership:

All content created by the Company for the Client remains the intellectual property of the Client. The Client grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content solely for the purpose of providing services.

4. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

5. Revisions and Edits:

The Client has the right to request revisions and edits to the content provided by the Company. Any major revisions beyond the scope of the original agreement may incur additional charges.

6. Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. The Client agrees to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

7. Liability:

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the services provided under this Agreement.

8. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana

9. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
