Kostas Tsimiskas set to sign contract extension with Liverpool FC
Kostas Tsimiskas has reached an agreement with Liverpool FC for an improved contract extension.
The Liverpool Left-back has agreed on a two years contract extension which ties him down to the Merseyside club, Liverpool up until June 2027.
Kostas Tsimiskas made a permanent transfer move from Olympiacos last three years ago on a transfer fee of £11.75 million.
The 27-year-old has made sixty two appearances for Liverpool FC in all competitions so far. He wrote his name in the history books of the as he was able to score the final penalty shoot goal in the 2022 FA cup finals against Chelsea at the Wembley stadium.
Liverpool’s manager, Jurgen Klopp still believes he is an important player in the Liverpool set up and that, when the going gets tough, he would certainly be off importance to the club.
