Liverpool football club weren’t at thier very best in the 2022/23 season hence, lost out in the premier league top four which only secured them a spot in the second tier of European football, UEFA Europa league.
However, Jurgen Klopp secured the services of quality top players such Gravenberch, Endo, Marc Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai to revamp the midfield of his team.
Last season, the team struggled due to the inefficiency of the tired legs three man midfield of Liverpool. The midfield was made of Jordan Henderson, Fabinho and Thiago who was most of the time injured hence, Trent was converted from a right back to compliment the midfield.
The scenario has changed this season due to the recruitments of the top quality midfielders during the summer transfer market.
Jurgen Klopp is impressed with the performances these new team is putting up week in, week out on the field which is grinding him the required results.
“This team gives me completely new energy. It’s great, this team has a completely new set up” Jurgen said.
Jurgen believes his squad have a lot to offer on the field and they are ready for all the challenge.
“I loved everything about the seven years before but looking at these faces every day to see how much they enjoy the new challenge gives me energy as well” Jurgen Klopp added.
