Erik Ten Hag shares both positive and negative news on his injured players and their recoveries
Manchester united hasn’t been at their very best since the start of the new 2023/24 season due to injuries.
Aaron Wan Bissaka, Raphael Varane, Sergio Reguilón, Tyrell malacia and Luke shaw have all been on the side lines due to various forms of injuries.
However, The head coach of Manchester united, Erik Ten Hag has appreciated the fact that, most of his injured players are very close to recovering back to full match fitness.
“Luke Shaw, I don’t expect him back in this block of games. Varane is back, same for Sergio Reguilón – Amrabat is also available.
“Wan-Bissaka, he’s not too far away from returning into team training and so back in the team”. Ten Hag said.
Manchester united hasn’t tasted any form of win in their 2023/24 UEFA champions league campaign, loosing to Bayern Munich away from home and Galatasaray at their home grounds.
In the premier league, Manchester united are still struggling to win games even at their comfortable home grounds. They won their last game against Brentford at home in an unconvincing manner.
