“Do you know how much I’m worth? and Do you have a G-Wagon? – Portable
Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, is a Nigerian street-hop artist from Ogun State. He started his music career in 2006 and has since released numerous songs and albums that have gained popularity among Nigerian youth, especially in the southwestern part of the country.
Portable is known for his unique style of music that blends street-hop with fuji, a popular genre of music in Nigeria. His music often addresses social issues such as poverty, corruption, and the struggles of the average Nigerian. He has collaborated with other notable Nigerian artists, including Small Doctor, Mr. Real, and Zlatan Ibile.
In addition to his music career, Portable is also a businessman and owns a record label called Young Rich Nation (YRN). He recently acquired a G-Wagon, a luxury SUV, which he showcased in the interview mentioned earlier. Portable is seen as an inspiration to many young Nigerians who aspire to succeed through hard work and determination.
In a recent video, Portable, the controversial street-hop singer also known as Habeeb Okikiola, responded to his critics who constantly talk about him in a negative way. He was interviewed by a content creator who brought up the public’s perception of him.
Portable acknowledged that he’s aware of what his critics say about him, but he chose not to engage with them. Instead, he posed a question to them: “Do you know how much I’m worth? Do you have a G-Wagon? Have you traveled to other countries or own a car like I do?” He indicated that he would only pay attention to his critics if they possessed similar achievements.
