CAS dismisses Eurafrica’s case pertaining to Afena Gyan

The Court of Arbitration for sports (CAS) has thrown out the appeal presented by Eurafrica football club on the 20th of March, 2023 with respect to the verdict given by the Ghana Football Association appeals committee on 27 February, 2023.

The final verdict made by the appeals committee of the Ghana Football Association is deem by CAS as the best decision.

Therefore, Eurafrica FC have been fined by the court to pay an amount of €62,000 to the Sunyani based club, Wisers FC.

In addition, a 10% of the transfer fee from AS Roma pertaining to Afena Gyan.

The cost incurred by the court of arbitration to be determined and presented to the parties by CAS court office will be taken care of by Eurafrica.
