Manchester city have also agreed on a permanent transfer contract from Ajax FC which stipulates a possible buy back clause and a Sell-on clause of 20%.

Carlos Borges would be joining Eredivise side, Ajax FC on a permanent transfer of €14 million fee including a €5 million add-ons. He has signed a long term contract of five years.

Ajax FC have completed his medicals and has been unveiled officially.
